Concrete Flooring Services

A sound floor is the foundation for every coating and use that follows. For concrete floor applications we use power floating, laser screeding and dry-shake hardeners to create flat, durable, dust-free floors for warehouses, factories and commercial spaces. With floor levelling we remove level differences and achieve the tight flatness tolerances needed for racking and automated warehouses.

On floors that have cracked, dusted or pitted over time we carry out concrete floor repair: cutting out and recasting failed areas, filling cracks with epoxy and renewing joints. Concrete surface hardening uses lithium silicate densifiers to increase surface hardness and abrasion resistance. Before epoxy or polyurethane coatings, concrete surface preparation with shot blasting and diamond grinding ensures the coating bonds fully to the substrate.
