Waterproofing Services

Waterproofing is one of the most critical items for a building's lifespan, and fixing it later is both difficult and expensive. Foundation waterproofing and retaining wall waterproofing are the building's first defence against groundwater and soil moisture: we apply bituminous membrane, liquid-applied or bentonite systems together with drainage and protection layers. For basement waterproofing we choose internal or external methods depending on use — car park, storage or living space.

Terrace waterproofing must be treated as a system of screed to falls, membrane and protective screed; otherwise stains soon appear on the ceilings below. In bathrooms, kitchens and laundries we apply liquid membranes beneath tiling as wet area waterproofing. For special projects such as pools, water tanks and treatment structures, structural waterproofing uses crystalline and admixture systems that make the concrete itself watertight.
