Renovating a worn floor often takes more skill than laying a new one. For old coating removal we strip epoxy, PVC, tiles or adhesive residues using scarifiers and grinders without damaging the concrete beneath. Cracks, pits and spalls exposed after removal are fixed through floor repair with epoxy mortars and repair concretes.

In floor renewal we assess the existing condition alongside the new use, recommending a levelling screed where needed or going straight to a new coating system. Every new coating's lifespan depends on surface preparation: shot blasting, diamond grinding and vacuuming leave the surface clean, profiled and ready to coat. In live areas we work with vacuum-extracted equipment to keep dust under control.
