Mechanical Installations

Mechanical installation is what makes a building's heating, cooling, water and fire services work together. Before starting we coordinate the routes of every discipline and work alongside electrical and construction teams to avoid clashes on site. For piping systems we select steel, stainless or plastic pipe according to the fluid, pressure and temperature, and carry out welded, threaded and press-fit connections to standard.

In high-rise buildings and enclosed car parks, pressurisation systems are critical for keeping stair and lift shafts smoke-free as escape routes. We install these with fans, ductwork and controls and carry out commissioning tests. In boiler rooms, pump rooms and plant rooms, our plant room installations cover equipment installation, insulation and labelling, with ease of maintenance in mind.
