On existing buildings with rotten rafters, sagging or a wavy roofline, roof reinforcement strengthens the structure. Where it has reached the end of its life, roof renewal dismantles and rebuilds the roof, completing cladding and insulation in the same works.
Because roof construction prices depend on area, pitch and materials, we survey on site first and then prepare an itemised quotation.

Roof prices depend on roof area and pitch, structural material (timber or steel), cladding type, insulation needs, removal of the old roof and scaffolding. That's why we give an itemised quotation after the survey rather than a flat price per square metre.
Where there is local rot, sagging or undersized members, roof reinforcement is often enough. If most of the structure has rotted or reached the end of its life, full roof renewal is the better investment. We decide after an on-site inspection.
