Shell & Finishing Works

The quality of any interior finish depends on how well the shell and finishing work beneath it was done. For plaster and render we check plumb and level as we go, using bead and corner profiles for crisp, straight lines. Where fast, clean installation is needed, plasterboard systems create wall linings, niches and decorative details, using moisture-resistant boards in wet areas and fire-rated boards on escape routes.

In offices, shops and homes we build partition walls from metal studs, insulation and board combinations to meet acoustic and fire performance requirements. For suspended ceilings we coordinate service access, lighting and diffuser layouts with the other trades, offering grid, plasterboard and acoustic ceiling options. Before flooring goes down, screed works provide a level substrate at the right height and, where needed, suitable for underfloor heating.
