Most leaks come not from large surfaces but from junctions. With joint sealing we cut the water path at construction joints, cold joints and precast element connections, choosing waterstops, hydrophilic profiles and sealants to suit the joint's movement. Expansion joint sealing between building blocks calls for flexible systems that are both watertight and able to absorb movement.

We resolve rising damp at the base of walls, condensation on basement walls and mould problems with damp proofing. Where there's no need to open up the whole surface, localised leak stopping targets only the leak point. At points with active water ingress, fast-setting crystalline waterproofing powder stops the water within seconds, after which we apply the permanent waterproofing layer.
