In existing buildings, leaks can often be solved without excavation. Injection waterproofing seals water paths by pumping material under pressure into cracks, voids and joints in concrete. Polyurethane injection, which expands on contact with water, excels at active leak sealing, delivering results within minutes at pressurised points such as basements, lift pits and tunnels. Epoxy injection restores structural cracks to a monolithic state, providing both watertightness and strength.

For the right intervention we begin with leak detection and repair: using moisture meters, thermal imaging and observation to find the true entry point. We then plan and apply crack sealing and injection lines. Because no demolition or excavation is needed, we can work while businesses and homes stay in use.
