Carbon Filter Systems

Carbon filter systems use the porous structure of activated carbon to trap odour molecules and certain harmful gases by adsorption. They are an effective odour control solution wherever smells must not spread, from restaurant and hotel kitchens to food and chemical plants, waste water and painting processes.

Activated carbon only works efficiently once grease and particles have been removed, so we design carbon filter units together with pre-filter, electrostatic or wet filter stages. We calculate the carbon volume from the required contact time and install modular odour control filters that integrate into existing ventilation lines. Planning carbon replacement intervals and maintenance access from the start keeps the system performing consistently for years.
