Dust Collection Systems

Dust collection systems capture dust and fine particles at source on woodworking, metalworking, grinding, cutting, cement and granular product lines, protecting both worker health and equipment life. On every project we first establish the dust load, particle size and number of extraction points, then size the cyclone pre-separator, baghouse filter and fan capacity from that data.

In plants with heavy dust loads, jet pulse bag filters clean themselves automatically with compressed air for uninterrupted operation. Where combustible dust is a risk we include explosion vents and earthing details in the design, and deliver the ductwork, fan, filter unit and commissioning on a turnkey basis. A properly installed dust collection system makes occupational health and safety compliance easier and keeps the production floor clean for good.
