Electrostatic Filter Systems
Low-energy filtration systems that use high-voltage electric fields to capture airborne dust, smoke and grease particles.
Field Gallery
Electrostatic filter systems pass oil mist, smoke and fine particles through a high-voltage ionisation section, charging them so they are captured on collector plates. Because they run with lower pressure loss than bag or panel filters they reduce fan energy, and they are highly efficient for commercial kitchen hoods, restaurant flues and oil mist from CNC and machining centres.
We select unit capacity by airflow and contaminant load, and combine it with a carbon filter stage where odour control is needed. Washable collector cells keep consumable costs low, and we plan cleaning intervals and access at the installation stage. A correctly sized electrostatic filter visibly reduces the smoke leaving the flue.
