Wet filter systems (wet scrubbers) pass extracted air through a water curtain that binds grease, soot, paint particles and dust. They are a safe, efficient filtration method for commercial kitchens, paint booths and production processes where dry filters clog quickly or combustible particles pose a risk.
We size each system by airflow, contaminant type and daily operating hours. Circulation pumps, droplet separators, water level control and sludge discharge are planned with ease of maintenance in mind, and stainless or galvanised units are installed together with the fan and ductwork. By reducing smoke and odour from the flue, wet filter systems also help with environmental compliance and good relations with neighbours.
